To use the Service, you must:
By connecting your Slack workspace, you represent that you have the authority to grant us access to your workspace's data. You are responsible for ensuring that connecting Slack Memory complies with your organization's policies and any applicable Slack workspace agreements.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided pro-rata for annual plans cancelled within 14 days of payment.
You retain all rights to your Slack data. We do not claim ownership of any content you provide to the Service. We only use your data as necessary to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slack Memory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
